With a passion for real estate Nico has a hands on approach to the business with experience working with property developers, investment brokers, management companies and residential estate agents throughout Essex.
Passionate about achieving greater diversity Nico has a commitment to progress in-line with ever-changing market demands to provide the best possible standards in the property industry.
Nico prides himself on his self-development and continues to broaden his knowledge through mentorship programs, reading and networking with likeminded property entrepreneurs.
Shugi Estates is independently family owned and run by its director Nico Shugi, personally contactable and fully involved on a day-to-day basis.
